Class descriptions:

Class One: Conscious Living: Foundations

Part One: How Does this Consciousness Process Happen?

Living in a conscious or awakened state is no longer available only to the masters or teachers on the planet, those who have devoted their lives to isolated study and practice. It is now readily available to everyday people who live seemingly ordinary lives. In fact, it is essential at this time in history for us to recognize our capacity for living consciously and claim it as our natural state. What exactly does this look like in real life? What does it feel like to live from this place? How does one achieve it?

Part Two: The Balance of Inner and Outer Knowing

Establishing and holding an awakened state of Being is a highly conscious process. It does not just happen in isolation: rarely is it a solitary event. It is facilitated through direct experience with “other”: guides, teachers, peer sojourners. How do we receive and apply the vast wisdom available from elders in the process without needing to adopt an externally imposed belief system? How do we grow through relationship with other without abdicating our own deep ways of knowing? Alisa will teach on holding the balance of wisdom from without and wisdom from within.

Class Two: The Essence of Healing

Part One: Reclaiming Our Natural State

Much of our Being force and energy is tied up in perpetuating the patterns and identities we adopted or that were handed to us in this particular life experience. There is a powerful way to loosen and integrate these parts of us into alignment with our natural state. What is required to see real, demonstrable change in our lived experience, here and now? How does this reclaiming and integration process facilitate that? Alisa will explain the energetic dynamics of deep healing.

Part Two: The Paradox of Deep Healing

When we have identified something in ourselves that no longer serves us, we long for a shift that will change the pattern and free us in our lives. Concentrating on that which needs to change often gives more energy to the very pattern we are trying to shift and results in deep frustration! Is there another way? Alisa will explore with you the paradox of how allowing the pattern to be okay just as it is – dropping into it without needing to change it in a safe, supportive Presence paradoxically allows the shift to occur. The integration of these “broken zones” can be gentle and very moving. Come and experience the power of your own Presence to heal the wounded self.

Class Three: How to Maintain a Conscious State in a Sleeping World

Part One: Balancing the Relational and Solitary Nature of Being Here

When we spend time with others who are working to be more conscious, we feel more ourselves. We remember what it feels like to live from our larger Presence. We know we are being seen. It often feels joyful and uplifting, and it is no wonder we continually seek these experiences with others! Why is it sometimes so hard to hold that feeling – that knowing – when we re-enter the so-called real world? What can we do to maintain our larger Presence in our regular lives? Through direct experience, Alisa will teach on the ways of holding an internal, empowered position no matter what is happening externally. Exploring the energetic dynamics of holding your authentic, internal Presence in the world will facilitate you in strengthening your capacity for living from it all the time.

Part Two: Holding an Conscious State: Embodiment of the Transcendental

Historically, enlightenment was achieved by great beings that dedicated their lives to transcendental practices, generally removed from everyday life, living in ashrams and monasteries. By bringing these high levels of frequency onto our planet, these Sacred Masters paved the way for this time in history. We are now being asked to achieve and maintain a conscious or awakened state while simultaneously holding down jobs, raising kids, and performing all other “householder” duties. This is a tall order. And we are ready. We came to do this! How do transcendental states of consciousness dance with the mundane? Are they two? Are they one? Or both? Alisa will teach on the process of maintaining connection to high frequency and living it in the world through embodiment.

Class Four: Natural Spirituality

Part One: The Knowing that Arises from Within

Inside each of us resides a wise one. One who knows. When we arrive at a place in our growth where externally imposed belief systems no longer feel in clean alignment with our deeper knowing, we hear the call to our own deep truth, to our natural spirituality. The great religions and spiritual teachings of history are infused with deep esoteric Truths. What how do you bridge the difference between knowing something as a concept and knowing something as a lived experience in your body and sprit? How do you find your way to our natural spirituality and fashion a practice for yourself from there? Alisa will speak to the transformative process of knowing your personal truth and learning to trust it.

Part Two: Your Life is Your Practice

We are transformed within the context of our everyday lives. In other words, your life is your practice! Maintaining a conscious state in each moment requires volitional, ongoing choice. It requires self-discipline, a Sacred form of Self love. How do you develop personal, authentic practices that stabelize, sustain and grow your conscious connection to spirit? We will explore principles and practices you can employ in given circumstances to bring yourself back to the Truth of who you are and what you are connected to. And build a conscious life.
