Saint Paul | in person sessions | purchase

A single in person session is always 90 Minutes. Rate: $100.

Single sessions for people able to travel to Saint Paul are billed at the above rate. For an in-person, ninety-minute session in the Chicago area, call Inner Elements Pilates at for rates and available times. 1-630-389-9999

Anywhere | phone sessions | purchase

A Single Phone Session is typically 60 Minutes. Rate: $70.

On occasion, you may need brief assistance with an issue that has come up for you between sessions. These calls can have great utility to your process, and I welcome them. To facilitate the need for shorter calls (less than sixty minutes), phone work fees will be billed as follows: $10 plus $1 per minute. $20 minimum charge.
For example: a 10 minute call is $20. A 33 minute call is $43 and so on.

Discounts with Packages | purchase

Three 90 minute in-person sessions (St. Paul area only) for $270. ($30 savings)
Three 60 minute phone sessions (from any location) for $180. ($30 savings)

In person, Saint Paul sessions may be paid for at the time of service.
