What happens in a session?

Your session with me is highly individualized according to your needs. We start by talking together. Human communication happens not only through the words we speak, but also on the subtle, non-verbal and subconscious level: I hear deeply and intuitively tune in to you.

I may ask you questions based on my intuitive sense as we are gently guided, together, to the deeper source of the dis-ease, whether mental, emotional or physical. As we talk, or often during periods of silence, I identify and work with you to clear long-standing, emotional patterns that operate outside of your awareness, This frees you to move more gracefully toward increased clarity and wholeness. You are always involved in the process and free to speak your experience out loud or remain quiet, experiencing your process privately.

Often you will be seated in a chair across from me throughout the session. Sometimes you may want to lie down on the massage table to more deeply relax, so I recommend wearing comfortable clothing to your session.

Before you leave, we will discuss what occurred for you, how you feel, what you have realized. We will identify how you can apply new insights that arose during the session directly to your life for positive movement forward. You leave feeling balanced and grounded.

My Commitment to You

The most important thing to me is that you find optimal freedom from struggle: mental, emotional or physical, that keeps you from your full expression. That you grow to live from your deep knowing and Truth, whatever that is for you. I am privileged to be part of your life in support of your process. I will use my gifts and skills to facilitate your personal healing and awakening, honoring your timing and pace. In service to the Fourfold Way, I give you my word that I will show up and be present for you, listen for what has heart and meaning, tell the truth without blame or judgment, and be open to your individual, unique growth process without attachment to particular outcomes.
